During our visit to Ucluelet we stayed in this cabin.
You can see from the empty lot that this is the off season.
These are these are the whale watching boats. We were scheduled to go out on the bigger Dixie IV.
But due to weather, the boat was not able to leave the harbor.
So instead we took a walk around the famous Wild Pacific Trail.
And saw some awesome ocean forces.
And here we are:
Half way through the trail was this lighthouse.  The same lighthouse that appears on the local TV station, channel 4, constantly.
Oh yah, we were in wildlife country.
Wow. Looks like you had a great time. Wish I was there. Oh yeah, I was.
Was that the famous Wild Pacific Trail, not the Pacific Rim Trail?
Wow! Great pictures. I especially like the one of Steve wrestling with that wild bear. Actually, Steve looks more fierce than the bear. Too bad you didn’t have better weather.
Steve I have a feeling you could even take on ‘the sasquatch’ if he threatened andrew that is. nice pics and even nicer blog … you’ll have to show me how to make one like this.
